Good IFAK, quick shipping

I ordered an IFAK Individual First Aid Kit from Survive X about a week ago. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, no issues there. Shipping was pretty fast; it took 4 days to reach me in California. The kit itself is high quality, all the components like the Tourniquet and Hemostatic Gauze feel professional grade. I specifically looked at the organization, and it's very logical for quick access, which is exactly what I needed. Customer support wasn't needed for this order, but everything arrived as expected. I'd recommend it to others looking for a serious first aid kit.

Solid Home Kit, minor shipping lag

I bought the Home Emergency Kit a little while back. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. The kit is comprehensive; it includes things like a Survival Blanket and Burn Dressing which are great to have. The quality of the items like the Medical Shears and Pressure Bandages seems high, not like those flimsy drugstore kits. My only small criticism was the shipping time. It said 3-5 business days, but it actually took about 6 business days to get to my place in Florida, which felt a bit long. Once it arrived, though, everything was packed well and in perfect condition. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping delay, which I appreciated. Good value for what you get.

Vehicle kit is fantastic!

Got the Vehicle First Aid Kit last week, and it's truly impressive. Everything is so well-organized inside, easy to find what you need. It fits perfectly under my seat. I feel much safer having this in my car now. Definitely shopping here again!

HSA worked for me too. Just make sure your bank doesn't flag it for some reason.

Are Survive X kits really OSHA compliant for a small business?

A AnkitD 3 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
I got the Workplace First Aid Station for my office, and it seems to cover all the bases. Looked at the OSHA guidelines and it checks out.

Depends on your specific industry and state. They often meet general requirements, but always double check what your local regs are.

Anyone get the newsletter sign-up discount for Survive X? Was it worth it?

I did. Got 10% off my first order, which was nice for a bigger kit. You get some emails but not too many.

Took a full week for my last one, probably depends on what you ordered.

Are these kits actually legit? Like, real medical supplies or just a bunch of cheap stuff rebranded?

C Carly B. 3 months ago
Totally legit. I've used some of their stuff for training and it's all professional grade. Not the cheap dollar store kind of first aid kit at all.

P Priya Y. 3 months ago
MyMedic and Dark Angel Medical are good too, but Survive X is definitely up there. The components are solid, not fake or anything. They're designed in Virginia too, so pretty sure it's all good.
